Business Development Representative

Working in a team-based labs model, using our HCDAgile methodology, we strive to innovatively solve problems while keeping humans at the center.The RoleWe are looking for a friendly, well-spoken Business Development Representative to assist 1904labs in expanding our target client base.

The responsibilities include generating potential leads, soliciting potential clients, facilitating the pre-engagement activities, and connecting potential clients with the right Business Development Executive.Responsibilities
• Executing on strategies to draw in potential buyers or to solicit new potential clients.
• Initiating contact with potential clients through cold-calling or responding to inquiries generated from marketing initiatives.
• Building genuine relationships with clients to understand their pain points and how 1904labs could help solve their problems through technology.
• Present overview information about 1904labs and how our teams work to clients once their needs have been qualified.
• Moving leads through the funnel, connecting them to a Business Development Executive, and arranging in-person meetings, emails, or phone calls.
• Regularly follow-up with calls or emails and facilitating communication with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and identify new potential needs.
• Collaborating with Business Development Executives to ensure the company’s goals and targets are met.Minimum Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree
• 1-3 years of professional experience
• Experience selling software services or solutionsNice to Have Skills
• Consulting experience
• Technical degree in software development or similar field
• Strong communication skills
• Genuine interest in understanding client pain points
